For bonds less than $12,000, we will post bonds for a 10% fee or collateral. For bonds more than $12,000, we require 10% down plus collateral.
What is a Co-Signer?
A co-signer is needed to confirm the bond. He/She attests that the defendant will show up to his or her court date. If the defendant fails to show, the cosigner is held liable for the full amount of the bail. It is very important that the Co-Signer believes the defendant is trustworthy before arranging jail release.
